The service provides AI-assisted Bazi analysis based on the Zi Ping tradition. From the birth details you supply, the system computes a Four Pillars chart, and an AI then produces a written report using a methodology compiled from publicly taught material.

The service also offers free Bazi educational content, blog articles, and a display of win stories shared voluntarily by users.

Please read these four points — they are the basis on which the service is offered:

• No guaranteed predictions: the service does not guarantee, promise, or provide certain predictions about future events
• Not professional advice: the service does not constitute medical, legal, psychological, financial, investment, or any other professional advice. For important decisions, consult a qualified professional
• For reference only: all content is provided for information, entertainment, and self-understanding, and should not be the sole basis for real-world decisions
• AI content may be wrong: AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuited to your particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing and judging it

The service is for users aged 18 and over. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18.

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Please supply accurate birth details — incorrect details lead directly to an incorrect chart and report, which is not a defect in the service.

Some reports are free; the rest are priced individually, with the price shown when you select a report. We run free or promotional periods from time to time, and the terms shown on the site at that moment apply.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Once payment succeeds, the report is unlocked and generated immediately.

Promo codes carry their own scope and expiry as stated when issued, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Reports are a digital product, generated and delivered immediately on payment. Once generated, they are not normally refundable.

You may email admin@topbaziai.com for a case-by-case review in the following situations:

• Duplicate charge: the same report was charged more than once
• Payment succeeded but report generation failed and we were unable to reissue it
• A clear technical fault made the report unusable

"The report was not what I expected" or "I disagree with the analysis" are not grounds for a refund — a reading is interpretation, and there is no objective standard of right and wrong. Please read the corresponding sample report before purchasing.

If you have a question about a charge, email us first. Giving us a chance to resolve it before raising a chargeback with your card issuer is usually much faster.

Where an account shows a pattern of abusive dispute claims, we reserve the right to suspend it.

Reports generated for your own chart are yours to read, keep, and share for personal purposes.

The site design, source code, knowledge base content, blog articles, images, and brand name belong to the service and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Automated bulk scraping of the site is not permitted, and outputs from the service may not be used to train other AI models.

In using the service, you agree not to:

• Supply false birth details to mislead the system, or enter someone else’s birth details without their consent
• Attempt to bypass payment, disrupt the service, or conduct any form of intrusion testing
• Upload forged bet screenshots or fabricated win stories to obtain promo codes
• Use content from the service for any unlawful purpose, including illegal gambling
• Impersonate the service or its operator

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and reserve the right to pursue the matter further.

The "wealth-boosting methods and timing" feature provides timing references on metaphysical grounds. It is not betting advice, and it guarantees no betting outcome whatsoever.

All betting carries risk; please stay within your means. This platform does not encourage betting and firmly opposes illegal gambling of any kind.

Promo codes issued through the win-story feature are a thank-you for sharing your experience, not a betting reward.

How we handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your account and data by email at any time. Once deleted, generated reports cannot be recovered, so please save anything you want to keep first.

We may add, change, or remove features, and may adjust pricing. Material changes will be announced on the site.

We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control. If a fault on our side leaves a report you paid for ungenerated for an extended period, you may seek review under section 5.

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including, without limitation, betting losses, investment losses, business losses, or emotional distress.

Where liability arises despite the above, our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the report concerned.

These Terms and your use of the service are governed by applicable law.

If a dispute arises, both sides should first try to resolve it amicably by contacting admin@topbaziai.com. We take every enquiry seriously.

These Terms may be updated from time to time, with the "Last updated" date on this page revised accordingly. Material changes will be announced prominently on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
